Review on KitchenAid Gourmet Medium Grater with Etched Design, One Size, Black by Sheila Smith

This KitchenAid KO320OHERA Gourmet Grater One Size Red arrived this morning and my wife already has it for grating cheese used . She loves it! We have an old cheese grater (now discarded) that did a good job but nothing quite like it. The resulting chips are fine and uniform. The handle is perfectly designed and made with a high level of integrity. And this grater even comes with a lid (we've never seen one)! My wife told me she has a recipe for Chocolate Zucchini(!) Cake. We both have to go to the dentist this afternoon, so she can't come today, but she'll do it with this grater tomorrow. She says our old grater probably wouldn't have done it. (Hope it turns out good and tasty.) Nothing to add other than my wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this amazing cheese grater. Thank you for reading this and considering my opinion. Lawrence H. Balk
