Convenient tool for keeping contact management

I like this software because it helps keep track of everything! It makes reporting so much easier than just writing down numbers manually or with Excel sheets etc., especially when you have multiple clients who all report at different times/days each month (I work as an Account Manager). Nothing really - if anything its good but not great enough compared other competitors out there such as Zoho CRM which has similar functionalities though does come without any additional fees whereas BDP can be quite pricey depending your needs. We primarily use it mainly due to ease & manageability however do feel restricted by some aspects i would say where others may find more flexibility. Being able to see what they are doing within my team members area, how many leads were generated from email campaigns sent between 2 dates or even view reports across various stages such as new vs old contacts / active customers.
