I ordered this because the previous tripod I was using didn't meet the requirements. I had another tripod of about the same size with flexible legs on which I held an old iPhone that we used as a baby monitor. However, leaning down into the crib unbalanced the tripod, causing it to tip over repeatedly. We tried sealing it with tape, propping it up, but nothing came of it. This new one is awesome! We didn't have any balance issues and this allows us to get the right angle to follow our little one. It was very cheap. No complaints here!
