Review on Unleash High-Performance with AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT Processor & Wraith Spire Cooler by Park Seo Jun

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Reliable product for all occasions, quality on par.

Ohh . how much blood this processor drank from me . This is my first percent from AMD. The installation of the stone was in the GIGABYTE B450 AORUS M motherboard. In my case, the motherboard out of the box had the BIOS version F41, so the BIOS ate was not required and everything started out of the box. The system was cooled by the GAMEMAX GAMMA 500 RGB (200 tdp) tower and 3 THERMALTAKE Riliing12 RGB Sync Edition 120mm case fans. Solution to this problem: 1) Install the latest chipset from the AMD website. It is from the site of the processor, not the motherboard. 2) Download the latest Windows 10 ate 3) Set in the Control Panel in the Power Options section the AMD Balanced mode 4) Disable autoboost in the BIOS (run if the problem remains after step 3) 5) Install MSI Afterburner BETA (support for new RYZEN has already been delivered there) Ready. What we get: Frequency stable 3600 Mhz (loss of FPS about 7 frames) Voltage about 1.0V Idle temperature: 40-50 degrees Temperature in games: 50-60 degrees The fans are very quiet, and the turntables are individually scheduled with a temporary shutdown at low temperatures. The temperature sensor has become stable and changes by 1-2 degrees, and not in jumps of 10 points or more. MSI Afterburner sees RYZEN temperature P. S This is a temporary solution until the "fried BIOS" is delivered to the end. Acquaintance with AMD through the RYZEN processor left a very ambivalent impression. There are no complaints about the price / performance ratio, but as a consumer I am not interested in "looking for a solution" how to fix the situation with the stone that I described above, this is the work of AMD. My business is to buy and paste. Knowing such a picture in advance, I would rather take Intel or another RYZEN already "fried" in advance. P. P. S. Took for games. Handles completely. Before that I had experience with i5 8600k.

Pros
  • + Price + Performance + INTOLU Strike Back
Cons
  • - It does not start with all mothers out of the box (see the list of supported processors for your motherboard, you may need to ate the BIOS) - By default, it works all the time to its fullest (increased frequency, voltage, bust) - Huge temperatures, temperature jumps (incorrectly counts degrees). MSI Afterburner refused to see CPU temperature at all - Crooked bios - Poor OEM equipment (hard plastic, percent on top, and all this is tied with an elastic band for money). Fear of bending the legs of the processor What was originally: Bios by default. There is no acceleration. Frequency all the time 4000+ Mhz Voltage all the time 1.4V Idle temperature: 55-70 degrees Temperature in the game: 70-80 degrees All 4 fans almost always scream at full power like an airplane, although if you touch the base it is a little warm, and the temperature sensor easily jumps from 55 to 75 in 1 second. MSI Afterburner does not show CPU temperature
