Good headset. Use for Xbox. The only problem we had was playing Fortnite. After a bit of research, we found that many people experience this issue with different brands of headsets. There is something in the game and has to do with the chat settings, so it's a game issue, not a headset issue. For now we found a workaround, although it's not a permanent solution as you have to "fix" it every time to play the game. There are no problems with other games. I will recommend and buy again.
