I don't usually write bad reviews or reviews but this product is terrible. The pull always goes away. I have tried washing it and letting it air dry as I was told (which only works for a limited time before it falls off again). Worst of all, it falls over when I'm driving and it's SUPER DANGEROUS. Another downside of the product is the actual charging. It charges my phone SO SLOWLY, there is literally no point in using it because it just overheats and doesn't work. The charging process keeps going on and off. So it works and doesn't work over and over again. This is very annoying. I'm sorry but this product just sucks. I wouldn't buy it. If I could I would return it. I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you're buying a different car mount.
