Conflicting product information

I love this watch but when it says 'expandable to fit all sizes' I believe it. The product name says "Big Wrists". But it doesn't fit all sizes. I have a medium sized wrist and it's so big I can't even imagine it could work. I hate leaving a negative comment because it's beautiful and I want you to like it, but I have to return it.
