I bought this as a present for my son to give to my sister for her 5th birthday but shortly after she wore it it broke, a link in the chain broke and could not be repaired. I give O.riya 5 stars because they contacted me immediately and sent a replacement after I left a review. I am very happy with the customer service from this company, they go above and beyond and my daughter is so happy she got a new one.
