Review on Dual-Sided Long Handle Body Brush For Wet Or Dry Exfoliating - Rosena Soft And Stiff Bristles Back Scrubber To Wash & Soften Skin by David Vargas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Soft nylon & stiff boar bristles clean my skin well; non-slip rubber area on wooden handle

I find this dual-sided body brush does a good job in cleaning the hard-to-reach areas on my back and shoulders.I use the soft-bristled side most often, as that feels softer on my skin. I like how natural and comfortable it feels on my back and shoulders. On the days when I have needed to do more at work than usual, and come home full of sweat, I will use the stiff-bristled side to get a deeper cleaning of my skin.I prefer to use this body brush while in the shower, with the bristles wet.Neither the soft- nor the stiff-bristles has caused rashes on my skin.I like the sturdy, quality wooden handle, and the two non-slip rubber areas make it easier for me to hold the handle while it's wet. The long 17-1/2 inch handle easily lets me reach all areas of my back and shoulders.note: I measured the handle from the rope end all the way to the bristles end. When I am done using this brush, I shake out as much water from the brushes as I can, then use a towel to dry the handle (to minimize the wooden handle from deforming over time due to excess water contact). The thick rope (at the end of the handle) is useful to hang this brush on the wall.Lastly, the body brush arrive with each side of the brush having a plastic cover over the bristles. However, the side with the softer bristles was partly "squished"/deformed and stayed that way even after I removed the cover. Those soft bristles still work well.

Pros
  • Perfect, soft on one side for gentleness, stiffer on opposite side for other areas like bottom of feet!
Cons
  • The long handle may make it difficult to effectively reach certain areas of the body
