My son had Roper brand loafers which he loved but have gone from big kid sizes to youth sizes just too small. Roper doesn't make these shoes in youth sizes, there's a loophole, I think they expect that once you're not a big kid, you're instantly a man. Ha no! So I looked for other brands and found this one. He didn't want laces, and the leather on the tongue is thin and flimsy so it always gets in the way when you put your foot in a boot. And he's a boy, so they probably won't last long. I sent these back.
