Effective device. for my opinion

I usually have not much faith in gadgets. I bought this neck stretcher out of desperation, doctor wants me to do surgery for my cervical pain. No Thank-you. I was ready to try everything. To my surprise, this unassuming gadget is helping tremendously. 15 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes at night, my pain is lessening. It's very light and quite small, fits in all my bags. Maybe it's not the solution of my problems, but easing the pain and discomfort is a great achievement. I bought more as a gift for my family.

You need to give it time. When you first use it it’s a bit uncomfortable but I do feel a difference

This is not soft at all, so don’t expect it to be. Make sure you are far enough up and your head is slightly over it. It actually was painful at first but decided to keep at it. Low and behold it works. Neck and back stress seemed a lot better. I use it on occasion when my neck feels tight. It works for me and hopefully will for you also. After lying on it for about 5 minutes I moved my head left to right on this device and I could actually feel the stretching in my neck. So for me it’s a Yes.
