The product itself in the box is quite decent. However, the shampoo was damaged and the pump was beyond repair. Provided it uses the same pump as the air conditioner, that's fine. The pump on the conditioner pumps so little conditioner with each pump that I have to pump about 15 times to get enough for my 16 inch hair. I used to use old bottle caps for new products, but the holes in these bottles are too small for other products I've used in the past. They all seemed to be a standard size. The shampoo definitely clears my head. I did notice a little more dandruff than usual after switching, but as long as I wash my hair every other day it doesn't shed. If I waited 3 days it would be terribly bad. I'm not sure I can give an accurate review about the air conditioning. I switched to this product, the rainy season had started here and my hair looked insanely frizzy with lots of strands. I had to start using a creamy styling cream to control this even with my hair pulled back. I'm not sure if the air conditioning is to blame. and I'm not sure if it hurts or helps the static electricity on my hair. ed that my hairbrush tends to get caught in knots more often. I felt that my previous argan oil conditioner lubricated my hair better and made it smoother to comb. It could be the weather again.
