Review on Qualidyne Men's 3D Padded Cycling Bib Tights - High-Performance Bicycle Pants by Brad Blake

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Light, comfortable cycling bib shorts

I hesitated for a long time whether I should choose dungaree-style tights or just trousers/leggings. As some experienced cyclists have noted, the bib stays in place better - I'm glad I went with the bib. They appear to be well made and have a lighter fabric gauge/weight side, which is what I wanted. I used them this morning when it was 43 degrees early in my trip and they were on the cooler side of comfort which was fine with me. The seat padding is a bit smaller than on my cycling shorts, but it's enough. They also slip more on my bike seat than my bike shorts (wish they weren't so slippery on the seat, but they weren't bad). My only complaint is that these bibs don't have a pocket. I have to wear an exercise belt or other type of backpack to carry my phone or house/car keys, which is inconvenient. FYI I bought a medium size which was perfect for me at 5ft 11" and 150lbs. If they had a bag I would give that 5 stars.

Pros
  • Comfortable to wear
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
