Review on πŸ”· Fintie Keyboard Case for iPad Pro 12.9-inch 2017/2015 - Soft TPU Protective Cover with Backlit Bluetooth Keyboard - Frozen Blue by William Bell

I bought an Apple iPad as a keyboard replacement. Not as easy to use as Apple Holder/Keyboard

I have a 2nd generation Apple iPad, keyboard and holder that is having some connectivity issues. I like the light yet sturdy Apple keyboard. , but it is no longer commercially available in early generations. So I bought Fintie as a backup. Any Bluetooth keyboard will work with my old iPad, so sometimes I "mix and match" when I'm at my desk or at home with an Apple Bluetooth keyboard. However, it is not very portable. What I don't like about Fintie is that the real iPad fits in like a phone case. I want to use it as a camera. It's heavier than I like with the keyboard.B But the stops that keep the keyboard upright when it's on your desk or on your lap aren't high/low enough to keep it secure to hold position. I need help supporting the screen. The screen tends to slip when I'm on my knees. The keyboard is separate and attached with a magnet. . However, the keyboard stays in place very well. The keyboard is backlit under the keyboard. However, the lettering is dark and the keys don't light up, so I'm not sure it's that useful to be able to see the letters at night. i like the color Even after several weeks of travel, the edges of the Fintie suitcase are folded and seem a bit curled up. I don't like having to charge my keyboard from a different port than the one I use for my iPad or iPhone. So, one more cable in my pocket. All in all it was just ok. I still prefer the original Apple keyboard/case over the Fintie. But I keep it as a backup. .
