not very durable best in tablet accessories

I love the look of this product and the keyboard is very nice especially the backlight. However, the magnets that hold the keyboard in place aren't very strong, so you have to be careful opening the case or the keyboard will fall out. Also, it's quite difficult to use the keyboard in a lap case as it's not very durable, and I've found my iPad Pro keeps falling backwards when I try to use it on my lap. Although it works on desktop. I bought an Apple iPad as a keyboard replacement. Not as easy to use as Apple Holder/Keyboard

I have a 2nd generation Apple iPad, keyboard and holder that is having some connectivity issues. I like the light yet sturdy Apple keyboard. , but it is no longer commercially available in early generations. So I bought Fintie as a backup. Any Bluetooth keyboard will work with my old iPad, so sometimes I "mix and match" when I'm at my desk or at home with an Apple Bluetooth keyboard. However, it is not very portable. Good product, poor customer service

The case was great but didn't fit my iPad. I checked the order to make sure we ordered the 12.9" case, which we did, but the case sent to us was larger. The order came with a card saying if you have any problems with the order please contact them and we would be happy to help within 24 hours. I have contacted customer service twice (by email and phone) but have not received a response since May and it is now August. Good price for tablet accessories

This is actually a very good keyboard case. The only thing I'm not sure about is the keyboard's magnetic tension. It is practical that the keyboard can be removed, but it fell out when the case was opened quickly.

Fintie Keyboard Case for iPad Pro 12.9 2nd Gen

Keyboard and case are not what I expected but everything works. A long foldable sleeve allows you to tilt your iPad Pro, and the keyboard can be laid down accordingly, regardless of the position. When everything is folded up, the keyboard sits outside the case but is held in place with a magnet. Not pretty, but it works well, especially since it only moves from place to place in the house.
