Cloud Exchange made checking my staff accounts fast and hassle free
The UI is very easy to navigate through. It's also great that it can be accessed from any device as long as you have an internet connection (no need for mobile app). I dislike how we cannot use this service in our country due to privacy laws but once they are implemented then there would not be anything i disliked about cloud exchange. If you're looking at something like Microsoft office 365 or Google apps, these services offer similar features so make sure what you want before jumping right away to purchasing them. We needed somewhere where all employees could access their emails easily without having to go back home every time they wanted to check if they had messages etc.
Pros
- Very user friendly;
- Can sign up using facebook.
- Has security settings 2 step verification option available along with regular password retrieval options such s forgot my pwd & reset tokens.No one else needs username/password when accessing mailbox hence its safe enough! And no worries too since email encryption happens which protects your content better than others
