I bought these pens for cross stitching. I've been looking for a pen that's more precise than the blue ones you find in the sewing department. This morning I decided to test them out before using them for real work and I'm glad I did. I left the scrap piece in the water for 5 minutes and could still see the marks, after shampooing the piece and leaving it in the water for another 5 minutes I could still see the marks. In the end I decided to just leave the piece of scrap for 10 minutes and again I can still see the markings. I love the precision of the pens, but what's the point if every color doesn't wash out. After an hour's hold, the gray lines were still visible. I'll be back.
