Brainwavz have replaced them twice in six months and obviously they would rather continue to replace them under warranty than refund my money or me for an upgrade to the to have the best product paid for. Positive: Headphones sound very good. These are probably the best headphones with a mic and remote on the market. They are also quite comfortable. Finally, Brainwavz's customer service is very good and very polite (but I shouldn't be contacting them all the time!) The Bad: The wire is a little heavy and jumps off my chest, which is definitely audible when I'm wearing it, and quite annoying like me Never have there been any other headphones that kept bouncing off my chest. The white wire also gets dirty very easily (but they're white, so what do you expect?) Ugly: Despite my compliments on the sound, the build quality is incredibly cheap. As said above I have a third pair and I expect to have a fourth pair by April and a fifth pair by June. (I don't know what happens after that as my warranty on the original pair expires.) I use them on my iPhone and what happens is that after a month or three - in whatever pocket - I get a little. Tick" for every step I take. Eventually it just gets worse. Then the mic/remote stops working. Eventually the headphones stop working completely. (It may take an hour, it may take a week, but same problem every time) I don't expect a $25 miracle, but I do expect a product that continues to perform well despite regular wear and tear.. Two stars because the sound quality is good, as is the customer service, but the overall experience was disappointing.
