Works great and the price is great too.
Already formatted and instantly recognized by my Win 10 Pro 64-bit PC. The entire space is available (see my photo). Came with instruction manual on diskette. iPhone requires Y Disk installation; If you don't have it, the drive will prompt you to download it and direct you to the app in the Apple Store. Don't worry if it takes a while to download or it prompts you to download again. Just be patient and agree and it will install.) Haven't tried it on my iPad yet, but it's old and I won't be too disappointed if it doesn't work. Overall I am very happy with this drive. Great deal for the price!
