I recently lost an otherwise wonderful cat who thought he coined the term "angry". If he got mad at me or jealous of another cat, he would pee everywhere from my shoes to my underwear to my bed. (Good thing he was very cute and adorable!) I had him checked out by the vet and everything was fine except his behavior!
