Updated review: Still holding up quite well after some use. As with any projector, you want the room to be as dark as possible and projected onto a suitable white screen for the best results. Customer service also contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience and even refunded part of my order. Original review: Image quality is excellent, crisp and clear under the right circumstances. The reason for the two star rating is that I was hoping to mount it on the ceiling and just connect it to a computer wirelessly. However, there is NO option for this in the main menu, and the manual doesn't even cover it. It can connect to WIFI and when I try to find it on the PC it only shows up as a media device and NOT a display. I've spent hours trying to fix this issue as a regular wireless projector should display the image with no issues. I've also tried contacting support but no response for several days. So now I basically have to buy a long HDMI cable and occupy a slot on my PC to use it the way I wanted.
