I've wanted a KitchenAid mixer pasta attachment for a long time. KitchenAid's, dear, is out of my comfort zone. It also has separate cutters, making it difficult to store and keep track of its parts. The standard version of the KitchenAid pasta machine has the same basic design and consists of several parts. The WANJIALE nozzle takes a different design approach. This appliance includes a pasta cutter (in fact it can be used to roll out pasta dough to the right thickness for the finished dish), a spaghetti cutter and a fettuccine cutter. The metal dial is used to adjust the noodle thickness. Built-in knives save space, make it easier to use since you don't need to install knife heads, and work quite well. When using this attachment, make sure it is securely attached to the mixer drive and use a low speed. Cooking pasta is not a race. Take your time. If you do it right, you will be very happy with the results.
