I have these two peaks near the top of my shoulder blades but below the neck that hurt for a really long time and I force everyone in this house to give me a neck massage is no easy feat. It's so good for my sore spots. and there are two modes. (Rotation is like moving one way and like moving the other.) I notice the difference and prefer mode 2. 👍🏼 Recently I got my Covid vaccine (first) and used it for massage. my shoulder the evening and the day after the vaccination and my shoulder was like new. I love how versatile it is. This even works on rounds (one at a time, of course). It's flexible enough to stretch a little or shrink a little. I am very satisfied with this product! It's not a super deep massage, but the heat and intensity levels are good - right on the spot! 👌🏼
