Charged my Arlo Pro once. The battery failed to charge on the second try. After reconnecting the camera, I was able to charge the battery. When I unplugged the cable from the camera, the whole connector fell apart. There may be an error in the assembly of this cable. Whatever the case, this cable isn't worth the time you spend deciding to buy it. Follow-up: I emailed Wasserstein immediately after this review was posted. A few hours later I received a notification from them that a new cable had arrived in the mail. I received and installed the cable. Now it works to my satisfaction. Like many who have posted here, I found the connector (the end that connects to the Arlo camera) to be exceptionally firm. Obviously this is to prevent water ingress when the camera is exposed to inclement weather. Therefore, caution and patience are required when installing this cable - the connector is very small. I would definitely buy Wasserstein again. When called, they immediately and without further ado went to the dish and replaced the damaged cord. Good people to deal with. 👍🏿👍🏿
