Exactly what you need! I take small but frequent steps in a better direction. I try to reduce waste and use less plastic, especially when preparing and storing food. I've done away with plastic bowls and storage containers. I use glass bowls, but sometimes one bowl is enough and I don't have a proper lid. These plastic sheets work great. They do not come into contact with food. They're pretty thin, but I'm not saying they're thin. Just be careful what you do with nails or sharp objects. There are 2 sizes of elastic in different colors but it is difficult to tell the difference. I even take one to just wrap a piece of salsa, custard, gravy, etc. in a coffee mug. I wrap it on top, wrap the excess around the sides and stick it in the fridge. The plastic top isn't the right size (too big) but I can get it to work. Now I don't need plastic wrap anymore.
