I bought this product primarily to measure body fat. While they feature dual-frequency technology that makes them super accurate, they are incredibly inaccurate. I just did a body scan with a professional InBody 570 which showed my BF at 6.4%. This is a very expensive and very accurate device. When I stepped on FitTrack, my BF was up 16.8%! This scale says I have three times the body fat I actually have. I wasn't expecting it to be as good or as accurate as a fancy body scan at a doctor's office, but it's a crazy difference! Visceral fat levels were also far off. The manufacturer offers a 30-day right of return if you don't like it. Here's the catch, they don't give you a shipping label. You have to pay to send it back to France. And they never mentioned it, but they also charge restocking fees. So it basically costs the same as the scale. What they are doing to keep people from coming back. They even emailed me and said they could give me a 15% discount if I wanted to keep it as an option. The scale has a beautiful design, the application is quite good. The manual is confusing, crammed with so many spelling and grammatical errors that it's almost unreadable. Definitely not the scale you want if you're interested in smart features. Also, don't fall for the reviews on their own website. They verify reviews before posting them. I left a bad review. Well, an honest review that makes their product look bad. My review is nowhere to be found. Only 4 and 5 star reviews will be published. Most people will leave positive feedback because most people will never test advanced/smart features for true accuracy. So as far as they know, all the information he's spewing out is correct.
