The best part of this software are its inbuilt filters which makes it easy for recruiters to search through their records easily without having to go back into other applications or websites. It's also very good at keeping track of all your data from one place so that you don't have to switch between multiple programs when searching for information about an individual candidate. There isn’t much I dislike as such but there could be some improvements with regards to mobile compatibility. As mentioned before though they do provide excellent customer support if any issues arise while using the program. We use Recruiting Worx primarily because we can access our database anywhere regardless of location (website/mobile device). This allows us to keep up to date even during off hours by accessing files remotely.
