$18 for an EAR is ridiculous (without pillow when purchased)

Beautiful cover but they advertise like you're paying $18 for the entire pillow. You only pay $18 for a pillowcase. I was disappointed because there are nice pillowcases that CLEARLY state they don't include a pillow and are $2 or $3. This one was a fake and if I didn't need it as a gift this week I would send it back. It's good, but not $18 is good. I had to go to Michaels and get a $15 pillow to put in there. That's just funny. You need to make it clearer that there is no pillow.
