Review on 🍸 Convenience Concepts Newport Espresso Serving Bar with Faux Marble Design by Roberta Carlin

I have a love/hate relationship with this bar as well as with this company well I suppose my words back I don't like this company. I ordered this bar and received it almost a week earlier than expected, great right?! Not quite so, they couldn't send the necessary parts to assemble. I called the company, told them exactly what I was missing and they replaced overnight, great job except the replacement still didn't include the parts I said were missing. At this point, this bar had been disassembled on my living room floor for more than a week. Called to order missing parts. again they said they would spend the night. Hasn't arrived in a week. I finally have everything I need, I thought, trying to reassemble this bar. I will say that the instructions are pretty clear and to the point which is very helpful. Whoever finally puts this all together will just know that I have absolutely no backplates for this thing. Smh, now I've finished the back and forth communication and am waiting for something to arrive, so I'll just use it as is. But I half thought of sending it back for a refund if I hadn't put so much effort into finally putting it back together. Overall I'm happy with the end product provided it holds up without falling off. It's a bit small but actually perfect as I don't have much space in the spot I wanted to place it anyway.
