Terrible design for functionality
My kid wore it on the first day of school and it fell off her wrist a few hours later. She came home with him as a rope and charm. Super disappointed. I even advised a colleague to buy the product (which she did). Due to the fact that I bought it so early and wished it would be there within day one with no delays/delivery issues, the return period had expired - I really just wanted a replacement. So now we have a whole bracelet and a broken one. waste of money. super dissatisfied.
