I wasn't expecting to notice anything in a week, but I have an exercise that will take me a few days to recover from. I started taking it and when I did the exercise the next day I felt much better than the next day. Because of the caffeine, I only make one serving in the morning. I do yoga, then HIIT. It doesn't upset my stomach when I do yoga. In the evening I do a mobility exercise and then I tend to have training sessions that cause me pain because they are intensive strength exercises combined with mobility. I'll try raspberry flavor next time. I wish peach mango was just mango. You really only taste peach... which is fine, but it's not one of my favorite flavors of what I drink.
