The item was shipped quickly and was well packaged and protected. I received this as a gift. I didn't know I needed it! :)I love it. This has severely affected the sound quality of the movies and music we listen to. I hid the optical cable behind the TV. If your TV supports Bluetooth, you can also use wireless. I tried the Bluetooth function on my cell phone. right) and connect your phone to S9920. I can't say I'm an audiophile, but in my humble opinion the sound quality over Bluetooth was also excellent. It looks and feels sturdy and I'll definitely be updating mine to check for damage after use. The only thing I haven't tested is the remote learning feature, which allows you to control this with your TV/cable remote. This is a good idea so I can show volume feedback on screen. I plan on checking it out when we find our TV remote. I currently control my TV with a phone app. Btw, TCL's Roku TVs are great too!
