I bought these bulbs to replace burnt out bulbs in my moving house. I was shopping and based on the only review here I bought this. Guilty. Why? 1. "soft white” is actually "soft YELLOW”2. Time to full glow is about 30-40 seconds. So you have to wait until you get enough light. I take my cue from the lightbulbs in my device with the same characteristics, which light up instantly and are actually white rather than yellow filaments. They're probably the cheapest in their class, so I guess you get what you pay for. It hurts to have her back, so I'll probably take it easy.
