Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

I wanted a large chair and this was the one I chose because I weigh 110 kg and am 186 cm tall. The chair is stylish for the price, but one of its main drawbacks—a creak or crunch in the mechanism area—alarms me. Of fact, this has no impact on functioning, but it's unsettling and aggravating to have the impression that the mechanism could rupture or shatter.
If I discover anything else later, I will make a comment, but for now, a solid 5.

Pros

Its size is the first and most significant feature for me. This chair feels more trustworthy than any other chair I have ever used, and it costs between $5,000 and $15,000 as well. You can lay on the backrest, which has several different directions of adjustment. The handles can be turned both in height and side.

Cons

I purchased this product in November 2022, and around the middle of January 2023, I began to hear what sounded like a crunch and creak near the mechanism. In other words, you no longer need to exert any effort to turn the handle to the side; for instance, if a person gets up from a chair and leans on the handle, it will turn without a doubt. This is because there is not enough fastening on the handle to fix the position when you turn them to the sides. The neck cushion is not the most comfy.
