It's fun! They should fit snugly, and this is hard to tell from "size". So here's the trick: they're actually marked in millimeters. The actual length in the shoe in millimeters is indicated on the underside of the sole. Step 1: Take a ruler, an ordinary school ruler with a scale in centimeters and millimeters, and measure your foot. If wearing with socks, measure with socks, if not, measure without. Think 10mm to 1cm for disabled people. You should get something in the region of 250. If you get 8.5 you are on the customs side, try again. If you get 24 and a half, almost; multiply by 10. What, not so bad? Step 2. Find Chinese shoe size chart in metric system (google it, maybe in cm, remember the translation?) For example: CH45=275mm=27.5cm, inside. Choose what you think fits. When in doubt, shoot small. I stepped back 5mm and it worked. They stretch a bit so you don't have to hit perfectly and that seems to eliminate issues with my rather wide foot. The quality seems good for the price. The rubber pad on the fabric is a little dirty, but acceptable. What exactly are the materials? can you wash them I have no idea, there is no label at all. But I'm happy with them.
