I had high hopes for this preview. I've found it difficult to do good research on supplements/fitness supplements since almost any website that has a list of reviews is likely to benefit in some way from the supplements they review. The reason is that the same 4 or 5 supplements will always be included. I've read so-called "bad reviews" about this product from people claiming that this drug just made them mad or angry. That the niacin was too strong. Someone reading them in search of an intense workout will be provoked by these "bad reviews". I have to say my experience was completely disappointing. There is no niacin flush, I don't feel more energetic and I don't feel like my muscle recovery has improved any more than if I was just taking my whey supplement. The taste is more tolerable than most I've tried, which is probably due to the lack of common healthy foods that taste terrible.
