Review on 🎧 Sonorous III: Advanced High-Resolution Headphones in Sleek Black - Final Audio Design by Nick Henning

First of all: I give these phenomenal sounding headphones 4 stars instead of 5 because the wearing comfort of the ear cushions could have been better. However, I once owned Final's original incarnation of the Pandora Hope VI and found these ear pads unbearably uncomfortable. The ear pads are MUCH better on the Sonorous III; I just want the perimeter of the pads to be oval instead of round because my ears don't quite fit the circle. What's notable, however, is how Final's "Home Sound" has evolved for the better. The bass is rich, punchy without being overwhelming and the overall effect is very balanced and musical. Extreme value for this price. One more thing. I hooked up the III to an AK100 mk2/Chord Mojo setup and it was an amazing match. The DSD files sounded amazing.
