The ability for all of our accounts to be updated in real time from one source. I have been able to connect to Salesforce directly as well; however, it would not sync back into BizWeaver immediately after changes were made. It took time sometimes. Sometimes there are issues where you need to delete data or re-enter information when syncing back through salesforce. There can also be issues if you try and add new items but realize that they already exist within your system. Take advantage of using this product. We realized so much more control over our inventory by being able to see what we had available, tracking orders throughout the whole supply chain, purchasing needs (invoices), etc.
