Great software with room still left open

I like that it integrates all facets of our business into one place so we can see everything about each transaction as well as customer engagement at once! It's not perfect but they've been working very hard to make improvements over time. The best thing from me would be for them to release more new features in addition to what already exists or improve existing ones out there currently. Fantastic tool with many capabilities

The ability for all of our accounts to be updated in real time from one source. I have been able to connect to Salesforce directly as well; however, it would not sync back into BizWeaver immediately after changes were made. It took time sometimes. Sometimes there are issues where you need to delete data or re-enter information when syncing back through salesforce. There can also be issues if you try and add new items but realize that they already exist within your system. Take advantage of…

Excellent Customer Service and Flexible Product

It was easy for us as it integrates directly into our ERP system (SAP). The customer service team at bwawer are very helpful in solving any problems that may arise during implementation or after go-live date has passed! There were some customizations required which took longer than expected but they worked closely together so we could get everything done within budgeted time frame.
