Excellent Customer Service and Flexible Product
It was easy for us as it integrates directly into our ERP system (SAP). The customer service team at bwawer are very helpful in solving any problems that may arise during implementation or after go-live date has passed! There were some customizations required which took longer than expected but they worked closely together so we could get everything done within budgeted time frame. We had issues getting all of these modules working correctly without customization from BWAWER side - this really slowed down roll out phase by quite awhile compared to what I thought would be possible due to their expertise level vs ours who have limited experience using such software products/solutions. Integration between multiple business processes including Sales Order Processing / Accounting Ledger Posting & Inventory Control etc., Electronic Data Interchange(EDIFACT) data synchronization via CSV files across.
- The support staff is very responsive and helpful, they are very knowledgeable and always able to provide a solution for our needs
- I dislike the inability to get a fully integrated version of the system only to be left with a lot of customizations to be performed by our team to get everything working properly
