The customer service team at bwawer are very helpful in solving any problems that may arise during implementation or after go-live date has passed! There were some customizations required which took longer than expected but they worked closely together so we could get everything done within budgeted time frame. We had issues getting all of these modules working correctly without customization from BWAWER side - this really slowed down roll out phase by quite awhile compared to what I thought would be possible due to their expertise level vs ours who have limited experience using such software products/solutions.
