Review on OtterBox Symmetry 360 Case IPAD by Marcus Price

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Really solid, not the best stand, hard to open at times.

I really want to love this cover. It's very well built. The materials feel great. It's just weird. The lid is annoying, as are some of the other comments mentioned. Not too much of a problem, but more of an annoying tag on a shirt than an obstruction to vision. Opening the case is difficult as the lid fits the case; There's no place to catch on the edge, and trying to fold the whole body into a crease takes a few tries. After opening and folding everything is fine, the valve magnetically sticks to the folded lid. However, if you want to stand your iPad upright or at a slight angle for typing, you need to keep your balance. I have to hold it vertically and not breathe on it, otherwise it will tip over. Finally, the side of the microfiber lid (?) that touches the glass is the part that unfolds into a triangular stand. So if you place the stand on a less-than-clean surface, it will pick up dirt and other particles. I've seen other cases that did. I believe Apple is just wrapping it to prevent this from happening. All in all, this is a great case. He's holding my pencil. But that's a bad position.
