These are definitely not 3:1 shrink ratio. I'd be hard pressed if they were 2:1. All in all they did the job and the price is right
Pros
- This is a good selection but to many of the 3/32 size. I now have enough 3/32 to fill a box up :)
Cons
- May not fit snugly around irregularly shaped objects
