I am so impressed with the quality of this chair. First, it had special packaging to protect the base and armrests, and the chair itself was carefully wrapped in strong padding. The wheels were packed in a crate and all that was left was to attach the armrests to the chair and insert the wheels into the base. I'm 80 years old and assembled it in less than 15 minutes! Secondly, this is a very heavy and sturdy chair so I expect it to support my weight without tipping port or starboard! Third, it's a pleasure to look at, it's quite sleek and modern. and fourth, my back supports my posture and has enough flexibility to lean back a bit. The only downside is that it's not soft and comfortable, but a little pillow will fix that. It is so well made that I think it will last for years.
