The tray is actually very beautiful and the person I gave it to liked it very much. 3 screws and 2 heads for those screws (the heads prevent the ends of the screws from damaging the bed frame when you tighten them) - so forget about using the tray! Since there aren't many moving parts in the tray, it should be easy to inspect all parts before shipping. Too bad they didn't bother to check this. They didn't offer to exchange the tray for a complete one or ask about the missing parts, so I'm sending back an incomplete tray. Very disappointed.
