First. The reason I bought this mouse is because I spend a lot of time on the computer, usually 10-12 hours a day, I write code. I had problems with my elbows due to my terrible posture, low stance and standard mouse. I bought this mouse to see if having my hand in a more natural resting position would relieve the discomfort I was having in my elbow. After about a week of using this product, my elbow doesn't hurt anymore and it's a great feeling that I'm not in pain. I definitely recommend this product for the average worker Joe who uses his desktop every day and often.
