In my assessment not so much.
The skirt is very cute, but the straps are only sewn on the front, so they have to be sewn on or pinned somehow to the back of the skirt. My daughter wore it once and one of the buttons fell off. These tasks were not worth the money.

- The ties on the back are confusing. It's difficult to keep the straps on an active toddler.
