Holds like a dream, pushes very easily

I have a friend who bought a Bugaboo stroller because she has very weak hands and wrists and needs something that is very easy to steer and push. I find this stroller even easier to handle and push. I walked the surrounding streets for 45 minutes, up and down curbs and around parked cars, and I was able to do a decent chunk of that walk with one hand. It was easy to drink water and keep pushing and do some work on my phone etc. The ride was incredibly smooth. My baby is a heavy sleeper but I was very impressed with the smoothness of the ride and he never woke up. It was easy to tip the stroller to climb small curbs without putting my foot on the side of the stroller. The materials are top-notch, as is the construction. There are many things I like about this stroller, but there are also a few things I don't like. Assembly was just a matter of locking the wheels into place and when you use it the snack tray also locks into place. Snapping the tablet into place requires removing and replacing some protective caps when the tablet is not attached, but I'm sure you'll lose them at some point. The canopy is soft and stretchy, yet offers sun protection thanks to a mesh window and a flap that folds over with Velcro to keep it in place. The hood has a zipper to expand it and while I like the large hood option I don't see the point of zipping it up. It can loosen over time, but for now the dome hoops stay in place nicely in each stepped area, and it just seems like the manufacturer could save some expense and hassle by removing the zipper. It's not a bad feature and I don't mind. I just find it pointless. The 5-point belt buckle is magnetic, making it easy to fasten, but the design is pretty odd. The footrest can be extended to allow the child to keep their legs straight. I really like this feature because my son is very tall. He is 3 months old and wears 12 month clothes. I started putting him in a stroller without carrying him just because of his enormous size. He needs extra leg support and this stroller is perfect for that. The basket on the bottom is quite small, but there are a couple of stretchy organizer pockets on the back that can be very handy. It's also easily accessible from the front, with main access when you fold down the footrest. I think this stroller is a little lighter than my Britax stroller and pretty light for all the features it has. I think it can be folded with one hand (I have problems with my hands) but I didn't manage to fold it with one hand. You need to move the button on the handle to the side with your thumb while simultaneously pressing the button on the other side of the handle. I can see how it would work with one hand, but I can't move the button far enough for it to collapse. My dad only uses one hand, and a lot of motherhood involves one-handed work, so I've become much more sensitive to things that can and can't be done with one hand. This stroller is not designed to be opened with one hand. This can be achieved with modifications, but keeping the safety in the open position and opening the stroller is quite difficult. It also takes a little back pressure on the frame to fully lock it in the open position. It's a little bulky when folded but it's wider but shorter than my Britax so the total cubic space could be about the same and the Joovy could be a little smaller. The coaster has an interesting design but works well. Since it's hanging from a soft cloth and not attached to anything solid, I wouldn't recommend using open cups in it. I took the cap off my standard plastic water bottle and slipped it into my cup holder to check it out, and even half-empty water would still slosh out when I hit branches or bumps. I was able to stow the bottle in a zippered pocket under the cup holder, just in case. It comes with a sheet of stickers and the instructions are housed in a beautiful cardboard folio. All in all a great stroller with no complaints. Smaller claims are more of a personal preference. It's well made and well thought out. I highly recommend. I hope this information was helpful.
