I bought an Apple Watch se 40 mm in gold with a Pink Sand strap in the iPort store, I didn’t unpack it, because I didn’t think that there could be any questions about Apple gadgets. After a couple of days, I began to notice that the strap was somehow strange, dangling, but did not attach any importance to this. On the sixth day of use, I realized that the strap is not fixed in one of the grooves. I immediately took it to a service center under warranty. After the diagnostics, they promised me to replace the entire kit with a cable box and so on. However, after three weeks, only new straps were sent to me. During their check, it turned out that one of the bags was also not fixed. After that, I waited a few more weeks. As a result, on the 45th day of the warranty repair, they sent me another replacement straps, and they also turned out to be defective. The service center claimed that this was not a defect of the watch, but the matter was in the straps. I applied for a refund, it was approved, now I'm waiting for a refund. Bottom line: ALWAYS check before buying! Marriage is clearly not isolated!
