Store bought berry flavor. Not too sweet. Reminds me of the berry flavored Propel water I drank as a teenager. I usually drink it in the middle of the day to hit my protein goal. Protein is the hardest goal for me and it helps a lot! When I'm feeling a bit hungry after lunch, this protein helps me feel full. No carbs or fats, just pure protein.
