Love it! The design is really great; I have no other septum rings like this one. It appears to be 100% stainless steel as it has not yet tarnished. I've been wearing it for over a month and usually around this time my septum rings, which are NOT 100% stainless steel, start to tarnish. I have no problem fitting them to my nose. I don't know how to compare it to other noses because I only had my own nose. I can wear all kinds of decorations for the partition wall perfectly. Never found anything that doesn't fit or seems strange. I can only recommend this decoration. 10/10
